Warranty and Return Policies
Thank you for shopping at Pickup Seat Covers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Our Fitment Guarantee
In order to be eligible for our fitment guarantee, photos must be submitted within 48 hours of submitting your order. If no photos are provided we cannot offer our guaranteed fitment since we cannot verify whether the seat covers we will send you would fit your seats. If you are having trouble submitting photos or need more time please contact us so that we may put your order on hold while we figure a solution that works for you.
Return Policy
All our seat covers are custom made to order, as a result, we cannot offer returns unless there is a defect in the manufacturing of the seat covers. We will require photos to verify any defects. Please do not send your seat covers back without first contacting us. All returns must be authorized. Return requests for defects must be made within 30 days of purchasing.
If you are uncertain about what you are ordering or have questions please call us before ordering and we will make sure we are getting you the correct product for your needs.
Our Warranty
All custom made seat covers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards – These cannot be refunded.
On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. Please contact us for the correct shipping address.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please accept our apologies! Damaged, missing or incorrect items will be replaced with the correct items shipped to you. Please contact us to get a new item. Please not If damaged, or incorrect, you may be required to include a photo of the defective product for proof in order to replace the product.
Unsatisfied Customers
We’re sorry our product did not live up to your expectations. Please contact us and we can try to make it right by offering you some options.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order at no charge to you. If you received a tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to offer cancel your order at this point. Please wait until you receive your items and contact us to resolve your issue.
