Yes, our seat covers are compatible with heated seats but please note that for Air-Conditioned seats, the seat cover will block the airflow due to the opaque nature of the product, however they will still cool down the seat cover so you will notice the cooling effect still working.

Yes they are! All our seat covers will have a hidden cutout, or will have a special stitching designed to rip easily if the airbag were to deploy. All our seat covers have been tested with real airbags to ensure they work properly in the case of an accident. Please contact us for additional information if required.

Our seat covers are easy to install yourself. Most often it only takes less than 1 hour to install a pair of front seats. Rears can get a bit more complicated but usually takes only about an hour. View our Seat Cover Installation Videos here for examples of how it is done.

No, the seat covers we sell are slipover seat covers. This means they are designed to go over your existing seats. You do not have to remove any of the original upholstery! If you are looking for reupholstering kits, unfortunately we do not offer this at the moment.

All our seat covers are custom made to your exact seat dimensions, they are not universal seat covers. This is why we ask for photos so we can verify the  exact seat you have. We strive to get a perfect fit the first time in order to avoid costly returns.

Most of our products can be hand washed with warm water and light soap. In some cases you can place them in a washing machine but please contact us to confirm if they are ok to place in a washing machine. Sheepskin is not recommended to be washed, instead you can purchase a specially made sheepskin cleaning product such as Moneysworth Cleaning Conditioner.

Yes you will be able to use cupholders, fold-down armrests, and seat controls. We do not block these. In some cases some side lumbar levers may be covered over but please mention this to us and we can try to accommodate those controls. Also, photos will always help!

The answer is no. Only in rare circumstances will they require professional installation and if they do it’s usually only the rear seats that require this. 

Yes, these are called integrated or built-in seat belts that come out of the shoulder part next the headrests and the seat covers we sell can accommodate for this by having a zipper or Velcro on the side.

Unfortunately no as the colors we offer are standard. However, we can certainly help pick the closest matching color. Simply email us a photo, let us know what fabric type you want and we can let you know based on our experience and product knowledge.

Unfortunately, this is not something we can offer at this time. However, some customers take our seat covers to an upholstery shop to further customize them with custom logos.

Our seat covers will not block the child seat anchors. If you are concerned about this please email us a photo of all the locations and we will ensure they do not get blocked over.

Yes we can offer these but only in certain fabrics and its not always available in all models as some console lids are next to impossible to make a cover that will stay on. Please contact us and we can check for you, just let us know the fabric type you want.

All our products are custom made to order in the USA or in Canada. We do not import any seat covers from outside the US or Canada.

Shipping, Ordering and Returns

Since all our seat covers are custom made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect in your seat cover or accessory. We simply ask that you send us photos so that we can asses the defect and issue a partial refund or exchange accordingly. 

In order to provide a guarantee for fitment, you must upload photos of your seats within 48 hours of making you order so that we can review and make any changes that are necessary. Failure to do so means a return and exchange due to ordering the wrong item may be an additional charge.

All our seat covers are made and shipped from the factories where they are made in the west coast of the United States and Canada.

We apologize for this mistake, please contact us and we will get that sorted as soon as possible. 

Please take photos of the damage and email it to us. Once we receive photos we will let you know the next steps to get it fixed.

Simply use the contact form on this page and we can change your address for you. Please let us know as soon as possible as we cannot change the address once the product has been shipped. If are on the move or you are not sure what your address will be at the time the product ships, please contact us and we can contact you when the product is about to ship to get your updated address.

At the moment we only ship to the USA and Canada.  However, please note  not all products can ship to Canada. Please use the “ship to country” filter on the products page to see which products we can ship to Canada. Alternatively please contact us if you are based in Canada and need a specific seat cover and we may be able to arrange it for an additional fee.

Once the item ships, we will email you a tracking number and you can track the shipment progress from there.

All our seat cover products are custom made to order to ensure a perfect fit, this means that each order will take about 2 to 4 weeks depending on time of year. Christmas orders take about 4 weeks due to influx of orders.

All our products are tax included so you will not see any extra charges for taxes at checkout.

In most cases yes but sometimes they will arrive separately if you ordered different items as they may be made at a different factory. So please be patient and we will email you the tracking number for the other product. 

Absolutely not, we never receive the credit card information as it uses a secure checkout system and the credit card numbers are never stored on our website.
